1.? If President in the middle of term leaves Fargo permanently, till the next President is elected/selected VP will continue Presidents responsibility based on the support from the other executive members.
2.? In the case, VP is not available to carry on the responsibilities, and then GS can carry on the responsibility.
3.? President is selected/elected by the current committee members. But the committee members should gain the trust for their nominated candidate.
4.? President will nominate other committee members and at the basis of selection/election the committee members can be formed.
5.? Normally each school year one election/selection should be held. Normal duration of the tenure of the executive committee is one year.
6.? All activities arranged by BSO will be neutral and only for the welfare of the BSO members, Bangladesh and Dakotans.
7.? BSO is a reprehensive body of Bangladeshis at North Dakota and every member is requested to act and behave to uphold his/her self-esteem and respect for Bangladesh and friendship to North Dakota and the USA.
8.? This is an informal organization of civil people to do practice of culture and education. BSO does not discriminate religion, race, country. Every human being is respected in this organization.
